We've been really, really busy these last 6 months. My work has picked up a ton (which is good). Church is busy. Craig has been running a lot and working really hard (we may get to go to Cancun on a trip from his work!). The Mag has been growing like a weed....and is TALKING A LOT. Right now, she's repeating the last word of every sentence I say and is really in to giving kisses and hugs.

Maggie celebrated her first birthday this past weekend. 12 whole months of life on Earth. We wouldn't trade her for anything in the world. Here's a picture from the party at Cece and Poe's house.

We have been up to a lot of things in the last few weeks! Here are a couple posts to keep you up to date. Maggie had her 9 month check up last week and she's HUGE! The Dr. said she's a "normal sized" 15 month old. (wait, but she's not that old yet!) Call PURDUE.

Maggie gets very "slap happy" when she's tired. Here's a little snapshot of her evening madness. We try very hard to keep her awake until 7:30 or 8 pm so she's not wide awake and ready to go at 5 o'clock in the morning. We are very lucky to have such an entertaining kid - who's goofy when she's tired, not so much grouchy.

Everyone is sick. Instead of getting shot with a love arrow on Valentine's Day - Maggie was shot with 2 ear infections - and Craig woke up at 2:30 am with a fever and shivering so much he was shaking the bed. Hopefully, everyone reading this is staying healthy. I'm trying to stay well so I can take care of the sickos in the house.

We were in on a little surprise Sunday to sneak "Cece and Po" (Cindy and Mike) over to Monical's Pizza to see Miss Addison for lunch. Cece is pretty smart and had a "passing thought" that maybe Addison would be there - but we almost really surprised her. I couldn't lie to her on the phone so we called an invited Great-Grandma Garrett out to lunch too. Little did she know, we used her as bait so we didn't have to lie to Cece. Addison was so excited to see her "Maggie Who" and we were glad to get to see Addison for an unexpected visit. Here's a peak at what we did - besides eat too much pizza (Craig!).

I got on the computer while my mom wasn't looking! I am the cutest baby you've ever seen, right? I think so too! I am starting to get some teeth, and they are really bugging me. My green pacifier helps a little bit.

Today, I fell over on my belly and thought about crawling for a minute. Then I decided that was going to be too much work - so I just spun in a circle and played with all my toys. My mom was really cheering me on - but I think I'll wait a few days before I try and scoot anywhere. I want to keep some mystery and suspense going. My mom can't know everything.

Hi, Daddy (at work)! I miss you. I am ready to dance, so hurry home so you can sing "Shake your Booty" to me!!
